Cabin Fever offers a hodgepodge of possibilities: From live music, karaoke nights, and movie screenings to billiards, arcade games, and pinball, this quirky bar’s got a little bit of everything. Cronies from “The Howard Stern Show” regularly appear to hear bands rock out during weekday open mic nights and on weekends, and some aggressive karaoke singers take the stage on Thursdays. Cabin Fever has also won fans with its hot-dogs-only menu. Yup, there’s nothing like listening to loud, proud karaoke with a ’kraut-covered hot dog and a $2 can of PBR.
