Secret spots are all the rage, but Bohemian's the only speakeasy to give super-exclusivity the zen treatment. The serene NoHo restaurant and lounge is modeled after a chic Japanese townhouse. Peaceful, yes, but the nerve it takes to nab a reservation is a different story. Walk-ins or waiting will do you no good. What’s your best bet to land dinner or a drink in one of the 25 seats? Find a well-connected friend with the hook-up from owner Kiyotaka's previously established spot in Japan. In the meantime, knock on wood (cherry blossom that is) that the cozy den gets its liquor license granted ASAP.
