BLVD: BLVD, Pink, and Crash Mansion is a tale of three venues under one gigantic roof. Inside, the big place is quite nice. Ample space between the bar and leather-bound banquettes provides milling room where it’s easy to forget there’s a VIP room in back and a restaurant, called Pink, also in BLVD’s rear section. Members from the Knicks have thrown parties here as have musicians including John Legend and the Rapture, who have also played downstairs. Abounding plasma screens and jagged stonewalls imply a modern-day urban rec room that sees more than its fair share of celebrities and scenesters. |
