Bistro Les Minots: Les Minots has all the mandatory trappings of your standard French bistro. Cozy and dark- check; wood and burgundy leather accents- check; croques monsieurs, steak frites, salads- check, check, and yes, check. After reaching the bottom of a few glasses of their homemade "orange wine" you may think twice about them. They have a number of weekly specials lined up to further distinguish themselves, but at the end of the day, a crepe is still a crepe. Mondays are all-you-can-eat moules frites, Tuesdays features free wine tastings. On Sunday nights they hosts French movie night. Perfect for Francophiles and those who enjoy long, impenetrable subtitled films. Personally, we prefer to eat our frites sans Marcel Marceau, but to each his own. |
