Bello Giordino:
As much as New Yorkers love their city, there’s nothing they love better than finding a place that makes them feel like they’re somewhere else. While not quite Tuscany, this Upper West Side Italian restaurant offers a peaceful break from the grit of Gotham. Come August, you can sit in this incredibly lush garden, sip reasonably priced glasses of wine ($9 and up) under a canopy of grape vines, and watch as your waiter climbs a ladder to cut loose your appetizer. Only in New York, folks (or Italy, which is probably less accessible from your office).
