What they're saying: After a few delays, first-time restaurateur and former fashion consultant Cynthia Diaz is finally opening her "swanky and stylish Spanish tapas and cocktail lounge." We hear of a cocktail menu by the Tippling Brothers, a Spain-only wine list, and a rich black and gold color scheme.
What we're saying: Just like with rock bands, we tend to fear restaurants with pun-based names. We got a gander of the exterior on the way to The Woods the other night, though, and Ber Celona certainly looks slick. Places this cosmopolitan still tend to seem out of place in the 'Burg, but hey, even Brooklynites gotta take their dates somewhere.
