Chef Cyril Renaud drew from the cuisine of his native Brittany for this more casual counterpart to his upscale and highly-renowned French restaurant Fleur de Sel. Dine on galettes (savory filled buckwheat crepes) and spend time getting to know their large wine list and selection of East Coast and Breton apple ciders. This rustic, old-meets-new environment is the latest addition to the Murray Hill/Flatiron boom. Open Mon.-Thu. 7am-11pm, Fri. 7am-midnight, Sun. 10am-11pm.
