Most “apartments” aren’t equipped with a compact, low-lit game room of goodies—foosball, pool, jukebox, arcade games—but such inconsistencies don’t faze the young patrons here. In fact, that and the late-night menu (with everything from steak to Frosted Flakes) are this bar’s biggest draws. The upstairs brick-walled bar area is attractively warm and more apartment-like, down to the for-looks-only fireplace, and drinks, even specialty cocktails, are moderately priced. Bathrooms support the theme with walls of laminated newspaper apartment listings sure to keep any user momentarily distracted. The dining room’s tropical bamboo wallpaper, on the other hand, is inexplicable, but it leads to a cozy garden patio, so all is forgiven.
