Sort of a tavern, sort of a club, and always very full with a fab crowd, 200 Fifth is great for a first date or a girls’ night out. The tons of beers on tap lend themselves to locals who gather at the bar for card games and pints. And though brew may be their specialty, these bartenders know how to shake a martini so dirty you’ll be getting down on the dance floor in no time. The local joint is kind of like the sprawling taverns one would find on the Upper East Side, but instead of post-collegiate prep yuppies, 200 Fifth draws the early 30s street yuppies. (There is a difference.)
