This is a great Chinatown deal where understanding the salon’s employees may be the biggest problem. With a 4-foot-tall purple and white sign marking the second-floor area, this place is hard to miss. The hair salon is known for its quick haircuts and blowouts ($22). Open until 8pm. it may be worth it to stop in for a budget-minded blowout before a date. Also, if you’re still in search of affordable highlights you’ve come to the right place ($48). Without too much experimentation you’ll come out with a trendier hairstyle for less.
