124 Rabbit Club: Having one of those days where you feel like falling down the rabbit hole? Before you pull a Britney, take the road less traveled to an unassuming West Village stoop where you can descend the stairs, ring a buzzer, and drink your cares away behind closed doors. You won't find any purple drinks, but you can soak up some knowledge with their extensive list of Belgian, British, and German bottled brews. Kick back at the long narrow bar with a festive Ridgeway Santa's Butt ($12), or if you're in the mood for something more mellow, the wine-cider-esque Rodenbach Red Sour ($5.) Squint and you'll find everyone is pretty damn attractive; eavesdrop and you'll discover they are seemingly articulate, as well. Either way, Alice never had it so good. Open Fri.-Sat. 6pm-4am and Sun.-Thu. 6pm-2am.
