Baiting Hollow Vineyard has a heart. In addition to growing roses, cabernets, merlots, and other fine wines, they’ve been rescuing horses since 2007. It started with a filly named Angel, a one-year old who was hours away from death. Since the rescue of that horse, nine other horses, and two miniature horses now call the vineyard their home. They also offer pony rides and pony ride birthday parties for little ones. All monies raised from this are entered into their rescue horse fund.
