About Providence:
Lavish, dramatic and rich with history, this 13,500-square-foot Midtown space features three levels, four bars, and is the unparalleled choice for events for 20 to 1,200 guests (Only 750 Tickets will be sold for this event). Once a church, and then a world-famous recording studio (think Hendrix, Streisand, the Ramones, and Sinatra), Providence offers a truly one-of-a-kind New York City event experience. The Main Dining Room features a sweeping 35-foot cathedral ceiling detailed with antique artistry and a dramatic center chandelier. The Wave Lounge and balcony offer dynamic views of the entire space. The Madeira Suite is the distinguished VIP room which is perfect for an intimate gathering or for an annex to a full-venue party. The Triumph Room is the downstairs gem. Cozy, lavish and intimate, this space can easily accommodate a party of 300 guests.
This will be the 7th year in a row that NYBalldrop has hosted a New Year’s Eve party. In the past 6 years NYBalldrop has celebrated New Years with over 3000 people from over 40 different states and 20 different countries.
It has been the first party sold out in New York City for the past 6 years in a row. (Last year all tickets were sold out on Dec 19th)

Jimmy Ponzo has been a fixture in the NYC club scene for over 10 years. Jimmy doesn't just spin various types of music. He can honestly say that he " specializes " in all genres of music. DJ Dina Regine will be spinning downstairs in the Triumph Room and keeping the dance floor going with a blend of dance, reggae, hip-hop, classics, and old school . Dina is a phenomenon in the New York Dance Scene. Her uncanny ability to read a crowd and change the mood of a room in a heartbeat is legendary. Highlighted on MTV and raved over in countless articles, Regine has spun at high profile parties for pop icons like Cher, Meg Ryan, and Bill Murray. She has also spun at such high profile events like Saturday Night Live's 25th Anniversary bash and Keith Richard's 50th birthday party.
