Partnership Sales Executive

Job Requirements:
Shecky’s is looking for a seasoned sales professional who knows how to strategically open doors, develop business, and creatively close deals with national and regional brands. This individual will develop the necessary prospect pipeline of brands looking to reach women and secure business for Shecky’s, including integrated partnerships across Shecky’s Girls Night Out event series, Shecky’s Digital, Shecky’s Sampling, and Marketing Services programs. The right candidate will come with a dynamic background from an agency, media company, or property — female marketing experience is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop the necessary prospect pipeline and close sufficient business within the scope of the Shecky’s brand to meet and exceed personal sales goals as well as assist the company in achieving big-picture monthly and annual sales revenue targets.
  • Identify senior level personnel on targeted accounts who make media and marketing services purchasing decisions.
  • Perform necessary analysis and planning to assure that the objectives and priorities for each sales call are established and met in time frames acceptable to the client.
  • Participate with sales management in developing and implementing a detailed sales marketing plan to meet specified revenue and profit targets for the company.
  • Write proposals and set up meetings and phone conversations to present to potential clients and agencies
  • Manage client relationships in concert with Account Management team to ensure client satisfaction, identify incremental sales opportunities, and create renewal opportunities.
  • Represent Shecky’s at industry trade functions and networking events.
  • Develop best practices for the team and provide on-going, key industry insights
  • Provide updated reporting to Sales Management

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of selling experience in media, event, advertising, or agency sales with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Has established media and marketing contacts nationally, regionally, and locally.
  • Knows how to build and cultivate relationships with strategic customers
  • Strong writing and presentation skills are necessary as is the ability to function in a fast-paced, dynamic office environment
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems and applications including Microsoft Office
  • Energy, excitement, and teamwork

Sales Account Executive

Shecky’s is looking for an eager sales producer to discover, sell, and secure unique small- to medium-sized business for Shecky’s. This individual will develop the necessary prospect pipeline of local fashion, beauty, culinary, and entertainment brands looking to reach women and secure business for Shecky’s, including in Shecky’s Girls Night Out event series and on Sheckys.com.

Job Responsibilities:
