I've been overcharged for my ticket order(s). How do I fix this?

IMPORTANT: Please review all of your information to ensure it is correct before processing your ticket order. If your transaction is declined, you will see a “pending” charge on your bank/credit card statement, which will void in approximately 72 business hours (three days). PLEASE NOTE: The number of times you try to submit an order that is declined is the number of times the transaction will show on your bank/credit card statement as pending.

How do I buy tickets for the next event?

Click on our current event schedule and then select “BUY TICKETS” for the event/city of your choice, or call Shecky’s Customer Service during regular business hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm) at 212.242.2566, and one of our representatives will assist you.

I purchased a ticket for an event and the status reads “Processing.” What does this mean?

If you have made a ticket purchase and your ticket status reads “Processing,” this means the transaction has gone through successfully and is simply pending settlement. This transaction has gone through and your card will be charged within 24 hours of purchase.

Where are the tickets I paid for?

We’ve decided to do our part to help conserve the environment, so we don’t print or mail tickets. Instead, Shecky’s uses a simple check-in system where your “tickets” are held at the door under the ticket buyer's last name. Just bring a state-issued photo ID as proof of identification and we’ll take it from there.

Will there be door tickets available at the event?

We offer limited door tickets in select cities (availability depends on the city and event date). Please note, door ticket availability is SUBJECT TO CHANGE at any time. Since we cannot guarantee that door tickets will be available on-site, we recommend you arrive at the event early. If you are inquiring about door tickets at least one week in advance, check back the week or day of an event to verify availability with Shecky’s Customer Service or to buy an advance ticket that day.
