I can't/didn’t make it to the event. Can I have a refund?

All Shecky’s event tickets are non-refundable, and cannot be validated for a different event, so make sure to put your tickets to good use!

What if I can’t make the event but I want a friend to go in my place?

To transfer your ticket, please follow these three simple steps:
1) Make a photocopy of your state-issued ID.
2) On the photocopy, please write: "I allow (enter your friend’s name here) to pick up the ticket(s) held under my name."
3) Sign and print your name on the bottom of the page and have your friend bring it to us at the event (along with his/her own state-issued ID).
If your friend has this paper, s/he will have no problem picking up your ticket(s). Without this sheet, no tickets will be released until the ticket buyer (you) arrives — sorry, but there are no exceptions to this rule. We cannot split up ticket orders, so once your friend picks them up, s/he will be responsible for distributing them to any of your other guests. Guests can leave the event to give the extra tickets to friends as they arrive.

Can I switch my ticket(s) to a different night of a Shecky's event?

Yes! If you need to switch the date of your ticket order to a different night in the same event series, please contact us at 212-242-2566 and we can make this adjustment for you.

I couldn’t attend the event, but I really want my Goodie Bag. HELP!

Unfortunately, we cannot mail Goodie Bags out once an event has concluded. If you know you cannot attend the event ahead of time, you can transfer your ticket to a friend and he/she can attend the event and claim your glorious Goodie Bag (who doesn’t love take-out?).

How many OMG Points should I earn for my ticket purchase(s)?

For tickets $14.99 and under, every dollar spent earns you 10 points. For tickets $15 and over, each dollar spent earns you 20 points! Please note, the maximum amount of OMG Points you can earn for one order is 300 points (for tickets priced $14.99 and under each), or 1,800 points (for tickets priced $15 and over each). Please note, you will not earn OMG Points toward your Sheckys.com account for any ticket orders placed over the phone with a Shecky's Customer Service representative. You will only earn OMG Points for ticket orders placed online through your Sheckys.com account.
