Are group ticket discounts available?

Absolutely—we want to reward you for bringing a large group of girlfriends.

GROUP DISCOUNTS ARE ONLY VALID FOR REGULAR PRICE TICKETS. Group discounts cannot be applied to tickets that are already discounted.

10 % off a purchase of 10-24 tickets
20 % off a purchase of 25-39 tickets
30 % off a purchase of 40-50 tickets
If you wish to purchase more than 50 tickets, please call us at 212.242.2566.

PLEASE NOTE : Group discounts are automatically applied to orders of 10 or
more tickets. No promotional code is necessary. Group Discounts cannot be
combined with any other offer. Tickets purchased must all be for same event
day to receive group discount.

Can I redeem a special offer after I have purchased tickets?

Unfortunately, we cannot apply any special offer(s) to a pre-existing order(s).

How do I receive ticket discounts?

On occasion we provide special ticket discounts. Sign up for Shecky’s Discover, Experience and Get Rewarded newsletter, and get the best ticket offers available (plus first dibs and details on our upcoming events!), along with the latest to discover in fashion, beauty, boys, work/life balance and more!

I just noticed a promotional code in an email from Shecky’s, but already purchased my ticket. Can I be refunded for the difference?

Unfortunately, we cannot provide partial refunds or pricing edits to a pre-existing order(s).

I see that tickets are currently discounted. How long will the ticket discount last?

Ticket discounts will conclude on the expiration date provided on our website. If the website states “Limited Time Offer,” this means the ticket discount is subject to change at any time (a.k.a. they could run out before you take advantage of our awesome offer!), and we encourage you to purchase a ticket(s) as soon as possible!

My promotional code did not work. What now?

Please call Customer Service during regular business hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm) at 212.242.2566, and one of our representatives will assist you. Please note, you will need to provide the details of the code in order for us to verify the code status.
