How did you become a designer?
Ellen Himic Designs was launched in 2008.

What’s your inspiration?
My current collections are interpretations of specific details in architecture. The Cassion Collection™ are interpretations of cassions, which are sunken panels found in ceilings of Basilicas and Cathedrals.

What’s your hometown?
Philadelphia, PA

If you had to pick a favorite design from your collection, what would it be?
My Rosette Ring (silver, diamond and rose amethyst) because it’s glamorous and in trend but you can wear it every single day!

What are you wearing right now?
Black tights and long tunic shirt.
