You’ll breathe the sweet scent of shampoo as you ascend to this salon (4th floor) and day spa (5th floor), which has less glamorously located branches in Waltham and Wayland. All offer Daryl Christopher''s pure and natural makeup, hair services, and skincare. The spa floor begins with a manicure and makeup area that leads to a long hallway of treatment rooms; a sunny pedicure chamber at the rear is the light at the end of this spa tunnel. Service is impressive, and an extensive list of services—many of them organic—include their specialty, corrective hair color, plus an anti-aging hand treatment, pregnancy and postpartum massage, reiki and polarity work, hot stone therapy, and bridal makeup. The owner—listed only by her first name, like Madonna—is a hair stylist at all three locations, though not simultaneously, of course. Angela’s ministrations cost $70-$100; bang trims are free and don’t require an appointment.
