It’s February 13th. There are two feet of snow on the ground, the sky is gray, and the guy in Apartment 4A has just left you a dozen roses and a note asking you on a Valentine’s Day date. You obviously have to wear your little black backless dress. You are also obviously as white as a ghost. Stop into CitiTan for some airbrush tanning and your date won’t be the wiser. A single session for $40 will leave no orange smudges or streaks but will keep that guy running back every time.
