Alexander's Hair Salon hasn't had an "Alexander" in it for more than a decade. It's now owned by Zully, and she and some staff can be heard speaking their native Spanish. Enigma or Enya plays in the background; if it's later in the day, they might crank up some Gypsy Kings. The simple salon will soon be remodeled and look more modern. Alexander's charges $60 for women's haircuts; hair is their specialty. Ignore the long list of other services on the window outside: As of now, the waxing room is sparse and spare, and facials aren't on the menu.
