Pumpkin Arancini with Blue Cheese Fondue

Thought our pumpkin craving was long over? You thought wrong! Bring the fall staple into the new year with Tyler Florence’s beautiful, bite-sized Pumpkin Arancini with Blue Cheese Fondue & Port Wine Syrup. Pumpkin risotto, spiked with white wine and seasoned with shallots, Parmesan, olive oil and freshly ground pepper, is rolled into small balls, dredged in flour and fried to a golden crisp. Serve each risotto ball onto an individual spoon, topped with a fried parsley leaf, alongside a luscious blue cheese and port wine reduction.

#4 looks good, I wonder how far in advance those can be made. Can they keep overnite in the fridge and still be fresh and good the next day for the party.
