Day of the Dead Churros with Dulce de Leche Sauce
Anything shellacked in cinnamon sugar is pretty darn good in our book and these Day of the Dead Churros with Dulce de Leche Sauce from Après Fête definitely fill that cinnamon sugar craving to delicious effect! To cut the time it would take to bake your own churros, you can buy them at your bakery or bake frozen versions, then roll them in your own yummy concoction of cinnamon and sugar. Serve the sugary sticks alongside a dulce de leche dipping sauce, made with whipping cream, brown sugar, white sugar, sweetened condensed milk and a pinch of sea salt. Delicioso!
