Skeet Ulrich’s murderous Billy Loomis from the original Scream may have creeped out most people and definitely wins the Worst Boyfriend Ever award (killing girlfriend Sidney Prescott’s mom and then trying to kill Sidney herself after taking her virginity—definitely deserves a dumping!), but with those brooding good looks, we honestly can’t blame Neve Campbell for wanting to get her smooch on with this horror hottie!
