Bleeding Hearts Martini
Don’t worry, this Bleeding Heart Martini (on marthastewart.com) just looks like there’s a bleeding heart floating around in there! Premium gin and dry vermouth come together for a not-so-standard martini, which gets its bloody hue from a pickled baby beet that is skewered by a cocktail spear, causing it to “bleed” throughout the ‘tail. Macabre but mouthwatering!
