Spooktacular Snacks to Serve at Your Halloween Bash
“Eyeball” Quiche

Mini quiches are always great to have on hand for a party, as they look elegant but don’t break the bank and won’t have you spending all day slaving away in the kitchen, and these teensy Eyeball Quiches from Better Homes and Gardens are a perfectly spooky update on your go-to mini quiche to serve at your Halloween bash! Divide pastry dough in a muffin tin, then fill with a mixture of pearl onions, shredded Swiss or Fontina cheese, eggs, whole milk, green onions, salt, pepper and two sliced pimiento-stuffed green olives at the top (the pearl onions will keep the olives from sinking to the bottom of the quiche—foodie magic!). Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden perfection. You’ll want to take seconds or thirds of these babies but watch out—they’ve got their eyes on you!
