Batty Nails

In real life, we must admit we’re not a huge fan of bats (a nightmare-inducing run-in with one in an attic has pretty much taken the flying creatures off our “future pets” list!), but even non-bat lovers like us can see how cute they can be as Halloween nail art! Start with a purple nail polish (we like Deborah Lippmann’s “Call Me Irresponsible”) and let dry, then add a “moon” off-center on your ring finger with a neon green polish (like China Glaze’s “I’m With the Lifeguard”). Once that’s dry, take a thin nail brush dipped in black polish and add tiny bats on each nail. Don’t worry, they don’t have to be perfectly shaped or sized—the creepy effect is still the same!
