Funfetti Cake Batter Popcorn

Your kids will go positively berserk for this Funfetti Cake Batter Popcorn from Erica’s Sweet Tooth, and so will you! Taking all of the flavors of a sprinkle-laden birthday cake, the popcorn gets coated with white chocolate, vegetable oil and white or yellow cake mix, with sprinkles added for extra color and fun. Spread the popcorn onto wax paper-lined cookie sheets to allow the chocolate to harden and sprinkle more sprinkles on top. Set aside until the chocolate’s set, then fill up a big ol’ bowl of the sweet and scrumptious popcorn for you and your family to enjoy while taking in a kid-friendly flick at home!
