Cookies & Cream Popcorn
Trust us—you won’t be missing any salt or butter when you get a taste of this sweet Cookies & Cream Popcorn from Heather Christo Cooks. After popping all of your kernels, transfer them to a large bowl and let cool. In the meantime, chop up 16 Oreo cookies (cream included!) and toss the cookie crumbs with the popcorn. Melt white chocolate and pour over the popcorn/cookie crumb mixture, coating evenly. Spread the popcorn on a baking sheet and sprinkle with rainbow jimmies. Let the popcorn sit for a few hours so that the white chocolate can set, and then this so-good-it’s-insane popcorn is ready for poppin’…in your mouth!
