Buzzed Bites: Delicious Beer-Spiked Dishes
Beer-Poached Apples with Amber Ale Caramel Sauce

The Beeroness strikes again with a dessert recipes that showcases all of our favorite fall flavors, from apples (it is National Apple Month after all!) to caramel to amber ale in these Beer-Poached Apples with Amber Ale Caramel Sauce. After the apples are cored and poached in Albion Amber Ale until fork tender, the fruit is drizzled in homemade beer-spiked caramel sauce and chopped nuts. If that doesn’t sound mouthwatering enough, you can cut up the apples and serve them with the caramel sauce and the chopped nuts over vanilla ice cream. Yum!
