S’mores Truffles

.The campfire favorite gets a little fancy with these S’mores Truffles from Sugar Plum. This bites of goodness may look fancy but they’re actually surprisingly easy to whip up! Melt butter in a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat, then whisk in cream and bring to a boil. Remove the pan from heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted and smooth. Chill until chocolate mixture is solid and rollable. Roll into miniature balls, stuffing a mini marshmallow in the center of each, chill again and then roll into graham cracker crumbs. Are these totally perfect for a summer dinner party or what?!
