White Sangria with Apple & Mint

White sangria is a perfectly light libation for summertime sipping, and this White Sangria with Apple & Mint from The Clever Carrot is a fresh and fruity spin on the classic Spanish drink, stirring up dry white wine (we love Sauvignon Blanc!), all-natural lemonade, triple sec, thinly-sliced Granny Smith apples (slicing the fruit on a mandoline will give you that neat star-shape in the middle of the apple slices!) and a bunch of mint leaves. Serve over ice in a mason jar for an adorable homespun feel, and garnish with extra apple slices and mint. When your party guests get a gander at this vibrant, green-hued sangria, they’ll be green with envy that you snagged the recipe first!

Post a CommentSounds like a good mild cocktail
If you are not into red wine don’t touch the merlot. Even berry. Wine drinks were fruity but give me my martini..shaken not stirred
Tried the sangria watermelon punch and it was fantastic. Loved it. Got messy but it went off beautifully. Got wasted.!!!!
Sangria, high five
love sangria
The pink lemonade looks delicious.
This sounds refreshing
I’m a fan of ginger.
Berry merlot and brandy? That’s a stain waiting to happen.
The pink lemonade looks so pretty!
I’ve always wanted to make a watermelon punch bowl but it seems like too much effort.
Sangria with apple and mint sounds like a twist on a mojito.
