White Sangria with Apple & Mint

White sangria is a perfectly light libation for summertime sipping, and this White Sangria with Apple & Mint from The Clever Carrot is a fresh and fruity spin on the classic Spanish drink, stirring up dry white wine (we love Sauvignon Blanc!), all-natural lemonade, triple sec, thinly-sliced Granny Smith apples (slicing the fruit on a mandoline will give you that neat star-shape in the middle of the apple slices!) and a bunch of mint leaves.
