Neon & Neutral

Neon and neutral has been a popular color combination this spring and summer, spotted on everything from shoes to purses and now to nails. Try it out with a good taupe base like OPI’s San Tan-Tonio ($8.50 from drugstore.com), then punch it up with some bright, bold color at the tip, like these fun shades from Essie’s Poppy- Razzi Collection ($8 on essie.com). Vibrant hues like “Action” and “Lights” will really pop against the tan base!
