Move over gents—it’s the ladies’ time to have some fun robbing the cradle! Men have been after youthful companions for centuries, but lately it seems like it’s more and more female stars that are taking on guys and gals decades their junior, from Jennifer Lopez and Madonna shacking up with sexy twentysomething dancers to 54-year-old Sharon Stone macking on hot models more than half her age. Sometimes a decade-plus age gap doesn’t always work out (RIP Demi & Ashton!), but for these celeb cougar, it seems to be working out just fine, indeed. Go girls!

Jennifer Lopez & Casper Smart (42 & 24)

How did J. Lo bounce back from her divorce from ex-hubby Marc Anthony? By getting herself a boy toy, of course! For the past few months, the “American Idol” judge has been shacking up with her sexy, 24-year-old backup dancer Casper Smart, who starred opposite Lopez in her steamy video for “Dance Again.” Rumor has it that Smart has even moved into the California mansion that Lopez shares with her four-year-old twins Max and Emme! On the topic of age, Lopez told Vogue, “I don’t feel older, and I don’t feel like I look it either, so I am just acting the same way I’ve always acted.” Jen, if we looked as good as you do at 42, we’d do exactly the same thing!
