Charcoal vs. Gas Grill

Depending on the flavor and the time of cooking, you’re going to need to make a few choices when it comes to the grill type before you get grilling, girl! The gas-fired grill is always a plus because of how easy it is to start (a push of the button!), but the charcoal grill is always amazing because of all the fabulous smokey flavor it adds. Decisions, decisions! For this delish Charcoal Grilled Shrimp recipe (from evitamins.com) you will need to use a charcoal grill and flame. Place pre-cleaned jumbo shrimp into a bowl, and toss together with some lime juice, dry wine, chopped green onions, minced garlic, fresh dill and Tabasco sauce. After flavoring, slip the shrimp onto skewers and grill over the charcoal (with the top open) for 8-10 minutes, or until cooked through. Sit back and enjoy your scrumptious shrimp!

Love this story! The one thing I have for BBQ that I recommend to all my girlfriends is the BBQ Guru. I can actually sit inside in the air conditioning and control the temperature of my charcoal grill outside. Seriously. It’s awesome.
