Piña Colada Martini
A day at the beach wouldn’t be complete without a classic piña colada, but being well into bikini season now, we decided to swap the often heavy frozen treat for a lighter but still flavor-packed Piña Colada Martini from My Man’s Belly. In a shaker filled with ice, add 2 ounces each of coconut-flavored rum and pineapple juice. Cover and shake the cocktail vigorously, then strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and serve. Your taste buds (and waistline) will be happy you did!
