Dad-Approved Dishes to Cook For Father’s Day
Caramelized Chicken Wings

Chicken wings are a tried-and-true father favorite! Whether he’s watching the game or has the guys over for poker, there are probably some sort of chicken wings proudly present. Serve dad up some sweet ‘n’ savory Caramelized Chicken Wings (allrecipes.com) this Father’s Day for a new spin on an old favorite.
What You’ll Need: 1 cup of water, 1/2 cup white sugar, 1/3 cup of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons peanut butter, 1 tablespoon honey, 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar, 1 table spoon of minced garlic, 12 large chicken wings & 1 tablespoon sesame seeds.
What You’ll Do: In an electric skillet or a large skillet over medium heat, mix together the water, sugar, soy sauce, peanut butter, honey, wine vinegar, and garlic until smooth and the sugar has dissolved. Place the wings into the sauce, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes. Uncover and simmer until the wings are tender and the sauce has thickened ( about 30 more minutes) spooning sauce over wings occasionally. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, and watch dad enjoy these finger lickin’ good wings!
