We all know that breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day—if you don’t start your day off right, your whole diet will be thrown off! So, yes, you really must add tons of MUFAs (monounsaturated fatty acids) to your breakfast routine. A delicious way to throw some in are incorporating egg whites a few times a week. Although plain egg whites may be a little boring, toss some scrambled egg whites over wholegrain waffles with a few tablespoons of homemade olive tapenade and sprigs of spinach leaves to create this mouthwatering Waffles Florentine meal (from prevention.com).
