Fairy Food

Sookie Stackhouse‘s fairy godmother may have been drained last season, but Sookie is still quenching vampire thirst with her satisfying fairy blood. Sparkling fairy food like edible glitter-dusted popcorn balls are a a fun treat for your True Blood viewing guests.

What You’ll Need: 5 quarts of popcorn, 2 cups of butter, 1 cup of sugar, ¾ cup light corn syrup, 1 cup of heavy whipping cream & edible glitter dust.

What You’ll Do: Pop the 5 quarts of popcorn and set it aside. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan and add the corn syrup and sugar. Mix together and add the whipping cream. Bring the mixture to a boil and stir it until it being to form a soft ball, be careful not to burn the mixture. Pour it over your pooped popcorn and form into balls. Now sprinkle them with your edible glitter dust and you have a sparkling fairy treat to enjoy for the premiere!
