But for blogger/photographer Ari Seth Cohen, those fashion images were too narrow of a vision—what, does beauty and fashion sense just magically disappear after thirty or forty?! Cohen’s proving fashion ageism wrong, capturing the beauty and inborn fierce fashion of women sixty and over through his popular blog Advanced Style, which has sparked a just-released book ($20.58 on amazon.com) and upcoming documentary. Have you looked around a room and noticed a few others sporting the same style you have on? Well, according the glam grannies, it’s of utmost importance to remember to be creative when choosing your outfits. Of course you can stay stylish with the hottest trends (we love to be trendy!), but be sure to stamp that specific trend with your own signature style! These ladies are seen rocking some of the hottest trends right now, from faux bifocals to braided hairdos to neon colors, yet they manage to seriously spice up these trends with their own fashion flare.
