Strawberry-Rhubarb Ice Cream
What better way to cap off a hot summer day than with some yummy, ice cold ice cream? Forget your boring vanilla and whip up a batch (or two!) of My Recipe’s delicious adult Strawberry-Rhubarb Ice Cream instead. What makes it adult, you ask? Booze of course! The usual ice cream accoutrements of milk, half and half, egg yolks and sugar gets a punch of flavor with some fresh strawberries, rhubarb and, yes, some of your favorite fruity red wine. Ice cream and booze? Don’t mind if we do!
