DIY Cinco de Mayo Fiesta
Fresh Guac, anyone?
We’re head over heels for this fresh guacamole recipe from P.S. I Made This. This yummy dip literally leaves nothing out and will only run you around $10.
What you’ll need: 2-3 ripe avocados, 4 large cloves of garlic, fresh cilantro, 1 small jalapeno pepper, 1 red onion, 1 small tomato, salt and pepper.
What you’ll do: Cut the avocados into chunks, mince the 4 large cloves of garlic, add 1 cup chopped fresh cilantro, mince 1 small jalapeno pepper, add ½ cup chopped red onion, 1 small tomato, cored and chopped, and some salt and pepper to taste. Be sure to place the avocado pit into the bowl to keep the flavor going all night long!
