Sometimes guys are just shy and don’t know how to approach a lady and, let’s face it, most of the cocky guys that hit on girls in bars are not the type of guys we want to meet anyway. BUY HIM A DRINK
Order up a cold drink for that hot guy you’ve got your eye on—not only are you making the first move but he’ll appreciate that you’re twisting the whole guy-always-buys-the-drinks routine around. Plus, there’s no way he’d turn down a free drink, plus liquoring up a little will make you both a bit more relaxed and open. While you wait for the bartender to pour out brews for you both, you can fill the time by sparking up a convo with your new drinking buddy (and maybe potential boyfriend?!). But remember, second drink is on him!

Post a CommentAll of these “tips” would work if you’re just good-looking. But if you wanted to be really interesting you have to say something truly interesting. I’ve picked up guys by saying, “Don’t tell me what you do. Tell me who you are.” Another keeper in my arsenal: “What do you fear the most?” It’s totally creepy and invasive, lol, but that guy will be thinking about you for the rest of the night. For some reason, I think the honesty is what makes you seem attractive and refreshing.

Although I do believe that the guy should be the one to approach the woman, if the woman wants to really talk to the man, if she is with her girlfriends, one of them in her group should go and approach the guy for her and talk to him for a second to get to know a little about him and what comes out of his mouth and then the friend should be the initiator, if she feels this man would be right at the moment for her friend that had eyes on the guy.
I believe in the old fashion way, I believe a guy should be the one to pursue the woman. A woman will attract to what she puts out there, its called the law of attraction. How she dress will tell a lot about herself, what comes out her mouth and her demeanor will attract the guy for her. If a guy is too shy to walk up to a woman he has eyes on that is on him, he may be shy in doing other things to and that’s no good if the woman is aggressive in the relationship.
Or I can just buy him a drink and call it a day minus the conversation.
Truth be told, I’d rather be approached as well even though I refuse to be picked up at the bar.

I love this article because its seem as if I wrote it. I have used each and every one. And this is how I met my husband. I will be celebrating my 5 year aniversary. The only thing I would add would be if you want a doctor then go to the bars around the hospital and if you want a buisness man. Well hit the downtown area. Ladies follow these rules they work.
