Let stress be the cause of my premature death all it wants but take away my sex drive? Hell to the no! Stress makes you tired and unmotivated so instead of playing in the sheets, you conk out without satisfaction. If you feel the constant pressure at work, focus the pressure in the bedroom with yourself or a partner. The “big O” will scare away those stress hormones and turn them into the same feel-good endorphins you get when you exercise—but it’s definitely more fun this way!

    Just take time to take in the beautiful days and sunshine. Sit in the park, maybe reading, sunbathing, smooching w/your sweetie, or people watching, just take it easy and think of nothing. Don’t sweat the small stuff. It keeps the gray hairs away, LOL.
