Grab Lunch with a Co-Worker or a Friend:
I know the saying goes “whiners are wieners” but by lunch, venting to someone who feels my pain is a cost-cutting solution to a much-needed therapy session. Even if you’re a tad melodramatic, getting it all off your chest will cure that midday migraine. Keeping it all bottled up won’t help so start gabbing and tell ‘em how you really feel.

I did not know this day existed.
Just take time to take in the beautiful days and sunshine. Sit in the park, maybe reading, sunbathing, smooching w/your sweetie, or people watching, just take it easy and think of nothing. Don’t sweat the small stuff. It keeps the gray hairs away, LOL.
