Make a To-Do List:

Manage your daily workload by making a nifty list of things to do. It comes in handy the most on Mondays when your brain’s still in weekend mode. Number your tasks by importance and tackle the harder stuff first to get them out of the way. By the time you finish the more difficult tasks, the rest of the day will fly by!

    Just take time to take in the beautiful days and sunshine. Sit in the park, maybe reading, sunbathing, smooching w/your sweetie, or people watching, just take it easy and think of nothing. Don’t sweat the small stuff. It keeps the gray hairs away, LOL.
