10 Ways to De-Stress for National Stress Awareness Day

Sleep:
The most important rule in being stress-free is getting the adequate amount of sleep. Getting a full eight hours is what you need every night (maybe even more than sex) to wake up feeling refreshed. While you slumber, your body recharges so don’t skimp out on those extra hours! Go to bed earlier and get a routine going so you get used to sleeping and waking up at the same time every day. Your body will thank you for it in the long run!

I did not know this day existed.
Just take time to take in the beautiful days and sunshine. Sit in the park, maybe reading, sunbathing, smooching w/your sweetie, or people watching, just take it easy and think of nothing. Don’t sweat the small stuff. It keeps the gray hairs away, LOL.
