Faking It: Mascaras That Give The Falsies Look
Gather around, girls—I have a beauty secret. And please, promise me that you won’t judge me too harshly, okay? I don’t know how to apply false lashes. I know, I know. I tried applying false lashes once and while I liked the overall look, the process was too complicated for me. Applying length-boosting mascara is ten times easier and way safer for my sensitive eyes. When I’m craving the “falsies” looks, these are my go-to mascaras to give my lashes a good eye-batting boost!

I love fiber mascaras. Like, a lot. Aside from being ridiculously easy to remove (and, dare I say it, fun), fiber mascaras really give the falsies look with little effort. d.j.v. beautenizer Volume Lash ( $24 on sephora.com ) is one of my favorite fiber mascaras simply because it really gives you a good amount of length. Lashes still not long enough? This mascara allows you to “attach” fibers to the tip of your lashes for added length. It’s makeup magic, I tell ya!

Post a CommentSince I have pittyful lashes…I am always trying mascara that will help me out…tried the falsies once…horrible experience….glue stuck eyelids together so I had a permanent wink all evening….Looking forward to testing some of these.
2 words for me: Maybelline Falsies!
I’ll have to try some of these
I use Maybelline Great Lash Lots of Lash. What about Beyond Mascara They’re Real by Benefit, http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P289307. That should have been on the list.
I love the power of good mascara! It opens your eyes and gives a fresh, youthful look to your face. But, it’s annoys me when models in mascara ads wear fake lashes. Isn’t that false advertisement?
heard of falsies but never tried
Latisse and Revitalash are my ‘mascara’
I want to try the fiber mascara from Sephora. I’m more of a mascara girl and I prefer length vs volume
