Julianne Hough

Face: Start with a clean canvas. Apply Smashbox Studio Skin 15 Hour Wear Hydrating Foundation ($42) with a sponge.
Set the foundation with Smashbox Halo Hydrating Perfecting Powder ($59) on a large powder brush.
Highlight cheek bones, forehead and nose with Smashbox Soft Lights highlighter ($29). Dust on lightly with a medium-sized brush.
Eyes: Smashbox Photo Op Eye Trio in Multi-Flash ($28) has the three colors you need for this soft eye. Apply the lightest shade to the inside corner and under the brow, brush on the darkest shade to the outer corners blending in and tie the two tones together with the soft mid tone.
Add a line of Smashbox Be Discovered Jet Set Eye Liner in Idol ($22) along the top lash line.
Create maximum length on the lashes with Smashbox Hyperlash Mascara in Blackout ($21).
Lips: Make red lips the focus of the face, using Smashbox Photo Finish Lipstick in Legendary ($22). For high shine, use Smashbox Lip Enhancing Gloss in Siren ($18) as a top coat.

The founder of Byu-Ti Salon, Natasha Sunshine, is known in the Los Angeles and New York City fashion circles for her keen sense of style and unique approach to hair therapy, Natasha not only created a six-step consulting system for helping her staff identify and meet her client’s needs, she has also developed her own seven different hair care products, to supplement the line of top-notch goodies already in use at her salon.
