-What do you think of J’s picks?
CUTE
ps. i never recieved points for the comments i left two days ago
I think pleated skirts are super cute, but I haven’t found one that looks alright on me yet. Makes me sad. =[
I think corduroy can definitely work for spring. In some parts of the country, like where I live, spring is NOT 80 degrees. It is 40-60 degrees, and a light corduroy pant would be perfectly acceptable. Love the red/purple outfit with the pattern belt.
Not a fan of Python, but less is better
Not a fan of this article at all. I don’t think corduroys can be worn in spring, especially in darker colors. Chiffon skirts have never been winter attire, unless you live in Socal or Florida where it’s warm enough to wear them. J always makes fashion faux paus, and her credibility as a fashion blogger is nonexistent. Her style is so frumpy that I’m surprised she gets any endorsements from companies and the like.
Alexa, thanks for your feedback, but I think you are missing the point of my blog!
I am not a fashion expert, nor will I ever be. I’m just a regular girl who is soaking in the fashion I see in the world around me and trying to answer the question “does this actually work in real life?” That means plenty of trial and error along the way, and I’m happy to share that with you guys publicly so we can all learn together! As for whether or not these 4 items work in both seasons (and climates), I say absolutely yes! As with everything, it’s all about how you style it.
Thanks, J! Alexa, thank you for your opinion, but just as your comment speaks to your personal taste, opinion and style, this post speaks to J’s personal taste, opinion and style (which we at Shecky’s love!!!). Please let us know what you think is a good trend for both winter & spring. We always <3 style suggestions.
I like the sequins, but in minimal amounts
i like j’s picks. great ideas to help me transition into spring.
i love cords! so cute!
Thanks for featuring items that are affordable. I hate seeing something I love featured in an article and then realizing it’s a $200 shirt.
I have to say #2 have some nice trends.
